Three coaches, one rule: every kid plays.
PlayUp Sports Leagues started in 2014 when three volunteer coaches got tired of watching kids sit on benches in other leagues. They started one baseball league with six teams and a simple promise: every rostered player gets real playing time in every game.
Twelve years and 3,200+ players later, that promise still runs every league, camp and tournament we host. We are still local, still volunteer-powered, and still believe the best youth sports programs are the ones kids beg to come back to.

Every kid plays
Equal playing time is league policy, not a slogan. We balance rosters and rotate fairly so no kid sits on the bench.

Background-checked coaches, first-aid-trained staff, age-appropriate equipment and concussion protocols at every event.
Fun before score
Kids who love the game keep playing. We coach fundamentals and sportsmanship and let the scoreboard take care of itself.
Community rooted
Founded in Springfield by three volunteer coaches, still run by local families who show up at the same fields every weekend.
