How it works
Flag football is the fastest-growing sport in youth athletics, and for good reason — it teaches catching, route running, spacing and teamwork without the contact. Every PlayUp game is non-contact, so kids of every size can shine.
Teams are drafted for balance, flags and belts are provided, and our certified coaches focus on fundamentals and sportsmanship every single week.
